Our Story

Raymond and Carol's love story emerged from a foundation of years of a sound friendship – a friendship grounded in high regard, admiration and respect. Over time, what began as a deep mutual appreciation evolved into mutual love and affection.

In March 2025, Raymond made his heartfelt proposal to Carol on the sun-kissed shores of the West Coast in Flic en Flac, Mauritius. The ocean bore witness as he spoke words carried straight from his heart. His unwavering commitment was sealed on 3 May 2025 at the traditional lobola ceremony – a sacred and joyful milestone that marked the beginning of their journey of oneness. And so, a beautiful happily ever after began.

This love story is woven with the tapestry of God's grace and favour. It is on those very shores of Mauritius that they now invite you to celebrate their wedding – a union crafted not by chance but by divine design and grace.

"And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love."
1 Corinthians 13:13
